HR Pre-Stained Protein Marker (10-245kDa)
HR Pre-Stain Protein Marker is ready-to-use and pre-mixed with loading buffer for direct loading 5 μl on gel electrophoresis. This product does not need further dilution or addition of any reducing agent. After running the gel, the marker yields the following 12 discrete fragments (in kDa): 245, 180, 135, 100, 75(red), 63, 48, 35, 25(green), 20, 17, and 11.
Features
-
Size range : 12 proteins spanning 11 to 245 kDa.
-
Ready-to-use : supplied in a loading buffer for direct loading on gels, no need to boil.
-
Sharp bands : color-coded bands of similar intensity for easy visualization.
-
Quality tested : each lot evaluated by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.
-
Membrane-compatible: colored bands transfer to membranes for Western blotting.

Q1. I ordered a protein marker and the color of the bands seem to fade out near the end of using all of the reagents. Why?
A: If you will use all of the markers within two weeks, we suggest you store in 4 degrees to prevent re-thawing. We also suggest you aliquot the marker into multiple tubes for long term storage if the reagent is not frequently used.
